Contact
Email: hello@phone-drops.com. Advertising enquiries: ads@phone-drops.com. Email is the fastest route and is read every day; there is no telephone hotline, which is why the postal address above is given in full.
Responsible for editorial content
Tomáš Lovniansky, the operator himself, at the postal address above (§18(2) MStV). Editorial decisions, what gets covered and how it is written, are his; questions and corrections reach him at hello@phone-drops.com.
VAT
The operator is NOT a VAT payer and charges no VAT: every price on this site is final. He holds the VAT identification number SK1081827527 only under §7a of the Slovak VAT Act, for services bought from suppliers abroad; it is not a §27a UStG registration and no VAT is invoiced to anyone.
Register entry
A Slovak sole trader is entered in the trade register (živnostenský register) kept by the district office, not in a commercial register of companies. The entry is searchable by the business ID above at zrsr.sk.
Supervisory authority
Trade licensing is supervised by the district office, trade department (okresný úrad, odbor živnostenského podnikania) competent for the address above. Data protection is supervised by the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, dataprotection.gov.sk.
Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Phone Drops sells nothing to readers; retail purchases are made at the shops we link to, under their own terms.
Liability for links
Our pages link to external sites we do not control. Responsibility for their content lies with their operators, who were checked for illegal content when the link was set; a permanent check without concrete evidence of an infringement is unreasonable. We remove such links promptly if we become aware of an infringement.
